Job Description:
Sip n Smash is a fast-growing burger, shake, and donut concept built on speed, quality, and high energy. We are currently hiring team members who are reliable, motivated, and ready to grow with the brand.
We are looking for Front of House (cashier/guest service), Back of House (kitchen/prep/line cook), and leadership positions including Shift Leads.
Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
- Prepare food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Support team operations during peak hours
- Follow all recipes, procedures, and brand standards
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Restaurant experience preferred but not required (entry-level welcome)
- Leadership roles require prior experience
