Cen-Tex Monuments is seeking a dedicated Sales & Operations Manager to lead our Waco location. In this role, you'll help families create meaningful memorials while overseeing daily operations, coordinating installations, and supporting the monument design process.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to design and sell monuments, markers, and memorial products.
- Guide families through the memorial selection and approval process.
- Schedule and coordinate cemetery installation runs.
- Work directly with cemeteries to verify regulations, permits, and installation schedules.
- Assist customers and sales representatives with monument layouts and design revisions.
- Utilize ARES Commander CAD software to review and assist with monument drawings and customer approvals.
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, production teams, and installation crews.
- Build and maintain relationships with funeral homes, cemeteries, and community partners.
- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, proposals, and outstanding projects.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required.
- Leadership, management, or operations experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and office software.
- Graphic Design experience preferred.
- CAD experience preferred; ARES Commander experience is a plus.
- Ability to learn monument design, production, and installation processes.
- Experience in the monument, funeral, cemetery, construction, or related industries is helpful but not required.
