Join Our Dining Services Team!
Summerset Lincoln Adaptive Care & Memory Care is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Cook to prepare nutritious, home-style meals for our Memory Care residents. We are seeking someone who enjoys cooking, takes pride in food quality, and understands the importance of providing a positive dining experience for seniors.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve nutritious, well-balanced meals for Memory Care residents.
- Follow menus, recipes, and production sheets to ensure consistency and quality.
- Prepare salads, desserts, and daily meal specials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen in accordance with health department regulations.
- Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment.
- Receive and inspect food deliveries.
- Ensure meals are served on time with attention to presentation and resident preferences.
- Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and temperature logs.
- Work collaboratively with the Dining Services Director and care team.
- Assist with cleaning and other kitchen duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cooking experience in a restaurant, healthcare, senior living, or institutional kitchen preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
