General Manager
Position Summary
The Bounce City Manager is responsible for the overall success of the facility by delivering an exceptional guest experience, leading the team, maintaining a clean and safe environment, increasing revenue, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. The Manager leads by example and is accountable for customer satisfaction, employee performance, facility appearance, and business profitability. The role requires availability during evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
Primary ResponsibilitiesOperations
- Open and close the facility according to company procedures.
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and fully operational at all times.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of all play equipment.
- Resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure all opening, mid-day, and closing checklists are completed.
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues immediately.
- Ensure every family has a fun, safe, and memorable experience.
- Maintain high online review standards by encouraging positive guest feedback.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate employees.
- Create weekly work schedules.
- Monitor employee performance and attendance.
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
- Hold staff accountable for cleanliness, punctuality, and customer service.
Birthday Parties & Events
- Ensure birthday parties are properly prepared and executed.
- Coordinate party hosts and event schedules.
- Verify rooms are ready before guest arrival.
- Ensure every party exceeds customer expectations.
Safety & Cleanliness
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Ensure equipment is sanitized regularly.
- Monitor children and staff to maintain a safe environment.
- Complete incident reports when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Sales & Revenue
- Increase admissions, memberships, birthday parties, and café sales.
- Coach employees on upselling memberships, snacks, drinks, socks, and party packages.
- Track daily sales performance and key business metrics.
- Assist with local marketing initiatives and community partnerships.
Inventory & Cash Management
- Manage inventory levels for snacks, drinks, socks, merchandise, and cleaning supplies.
- Perform cash counts and deposits accurately.
- Minimize waste and control operating costs.
Administrative Duties
- Complete daily manager reports.
- Track labor costs and scheduling.
- Monitor employee time records.
- Maintain organized operational documentation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Guest satisfaction rating of 95% or higher.
- Facility cleanliness score of 100%.
- Zero preventable safety incidents.
- Increased membership and birthday party sales.
- Labor costs maintained within budget.
- Positive online reviews.
- Employee retention and training completion.
- Daily operational checklists completed on time.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
