We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across designated routes. This role requires proficiency in operating various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and tankers. The Truck Driver will ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of trucks, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and dump trucks.
- Perform route driving to deliver freight to designated locations while following scheduled timelines.
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently, utilizing forklifts when necessary.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours driven and cargo transported.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery status and any issues encountered on the road.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Experience with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or other specialized truck types is a plus.
- Strong understanding of freight handling procedures and delivery driver experience.
- Ability to load and unload cargo safely using appropriate equipment such as forklifts.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to adhere to strict schedules.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,500.00 per week
