Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. Your primary duties will include performing various cleaning tasks, ensuring the proper care of floors, and assisting with general facilities maintenance.
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, Locker, Showers, and Workout floor.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum using appropriate cleaning equipment
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Clean and polish fixtures, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Adhere to company policies regarding health and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
