What You'll Do
Crew Member
- Deliver friendly, fast customer service
- Prepare food accurately and safely
- Operate the register and handle payments
- Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Shift Lead
- Lead and motivate the team during assigned shifts
- Coach and support Crew Members
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Assist with inventory, cash handling, and labor management
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift
Assistant General Manager
- Support the Restaurant General Manager with daily operations
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- Coach and mentor Shift Leads and Crew Members
- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and restaurant performance
- Ensure food safety, operational excellence, and outstanding guest service
- Help drive sales, profitability, and team engagement

What We're Looking For
Crew Members
- At least 16 years old (work permit required if applicable)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Shift Leads
- At least 18 years old
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability
Assistant General Managers
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience managing labor, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant operations is a plus
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Reliable transportation and open availability
