About the Role:
Pullman Foursquare Church is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to help keep our ministry organized, communicative, and welcoming. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working behind the scenes to support pastoral staff, ministry teams, and the church community. While much of the work is administrative, the heart of the role is service - helping our church operate smoothly as we love and serve our city.
Work Schedule:
- 15-20 Weekday hours/week
- Weekly schedule may include some flexibility
- Some Sunday hours required
Primary Responsibilites:
- Manage general church office duties, including but not limited to:
- Email and phone communication
- Basic website updates
- Handling mail, filing, and coordination of office information
- Manage and maintain the church CRM
- Support the Lead Pastor by submitting required monthly reports to Foursquare International
- Assist in overseeing the benevolence program
- Provide administrative support for ministries, events, and communication needs
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing digital systems, including basic website function and CRM software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- A welcoming, professional, and ministry-minded presence
- Pastoral reference or ministry referral required
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
