We’re hiring an experienced Water Mitigation Technician to help restore homes after water, mold, and fire damage. This is active, physical work—not a desk job—and it’s different every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Work in attics and crawlspaces inspecting, cleaning, taking pictures, while wearing personal protective equipment/safety gear, respirator masks
- Clean, remove, and repair damaged materials
- Use hand and power tools
- Work with cleaning products and chemicals
- Help rebuild damaged homes by doing drywall repairs, tape & texture, painting, finish work
- Be cross-trained for mitigation

- IICRC WTR Certifications
- Experience with drywall, painting, finish work and other rebuild tasks
Requirements:
- Valid Idaho driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check & drug screening
- High school diploma or GED
- Available for nights/weekends
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay based on experience, profit sharing, 401K health insurance
- On call pay, emergency pay, and Cat 3 pay.
- Paid training & certification
