As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence throughout our organization.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple Champion Pizza restaurant locations.
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards, food quality, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop General Managers, Assistant Managers, and restaurant teams.
- Monitor restaurant performance, labor costs, food costs, inventory, and overall profitability.
- Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and operational data to drive business improvements.
- Manage P&L performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue while controlling expenses.
- Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health department regulations, and food safety standards.
- Resolve operational challenges and customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with ownership and executive leadership on business growth, new store openings, and operational improvements.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture across all restaurant locations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
- Previous experience in Pizza, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), or Fast Casual operations preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Experience managing multiple restaurant locations.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L, labor cost, food cost, inventory, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and restaurant reporting systems.
- Ability to travel between Champion Pizza locations throughout New York City.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
