Manages and oversees the administrative functions of the office(s) to ensure effective and timely workflow processes.
Manages all modes of communication into and out of the office(s); handles routine to complex issues, ensuring that only those requiring authorization, input, and/or approval are funneled through the supervisors.
Manages calendar for divisional events, invitations, conferences, meetings, visits, etc. requiring participation of or input from the supervisors.
Coordinates and processes a wide range of administrative responsibilities associated with the preparation and administration of Salvation Army conferences, councils, seminars, and special meetings.
Handles the administrative functions of the annual Divisional Program Review and employee events, i.e. setting tables, ironing tablecloths, assisting in preparing and/or setting out food, etc.
