Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Master Plumber with the state of Minnesota, Minneapolis & St.Paul Master Licenses to lead and execute plumbing projects across commercial and residential site's. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction plumbing, blueprint reading, and mechanical systems, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This role offers an opportunity to apply advanced plumbing expertise in a dynamic environment, ensuring all work complies with industry standards and local codes.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in Service, remodeling, and maintenance projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans.
- Perform construction estimating to determine material needs and project timelines.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and other specialized tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Conduct heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely on construction sites.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead field service operations including troubleshooting mechanical issues related to plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and building codes; maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to apprentice or junior staff as needed.
Requirements
- Valid Master Plumber license with relevant state certification.
- Extensive experience in construction plumbing, site work, remodeling, and maintenance projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and other construction tools.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, carpentry basics, drywall installation (remodeling), and general maintenance practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required on construction sites.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to read technical schematics accurately.
- Valid commercial driver’s license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations.
- Prior experience in field service operations or maintenance person roles is advantageous. This position requires a dedicated professional committed to quality workmanship and safety standards within the construction industry.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
