We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intricate ornamental and architectural metal pieces that enhance architectural and interior design projects. Your expertise in various welding techniques, blueprint interpretation, and metal fabrication will be essential to delivering high-quality, visually stunning results.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Perform welding using MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) techniques in accordance with AWS (American Welding Society) standards
- Cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other metal materials using press brake machines, power tools, and hand tools
- Measure and inspect materials with precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication
- Operate machinery such as forklifts and machining tools safely within the fabrication shop environment
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
