## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HandyMan to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure functionality and safety of premises.
## Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment.
- Must be skilled in drywall mud and tape, painting, and other general carpentry.
- Inspect and troubleshoot various systems and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
- Assist in moving furniture or equipment as needed.
## Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Proven experience as a Handy Man, construction or similar role. At least two years of construction experience preferred.
- Knowledge of using tools and equipment such as power tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.15 - $30.84 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
