We’re excited to announce that we’re hiring Baristas and Shift Supervisors in Training for our new Gilman Station Issaquah location, opening in Late Summer 2026!
The Barista Shift Supervisor in Training position is intended for candidates with prior leadership and coffee experience. Please note that training prior to the store opening will take place at our Hotel 116 location in Bellevue, WA or our Meridian South location in Kent, WA.
During the training period, the starting wage will be the Washington State minimum wage of $17.13 per hour. After successfully completing training and stepping into the Shift Supervisor role, you will receive an additional pay increase.
As a Barista Shift Supervisor in Training, you will begin in an entry level Barista role while gaining hands on experience in all aspects of store operations. This position is designed for individuals interested in growing into a Shift Supervisor role at our new location. Along the way, you’ll build the skills needed to grow within our team while helping create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Start as an entrylevel barista and train through all positions.

Gain experience in daily operations, team collaboration, and leadership responsibilities.

Complete Open / Close training and Shift Supervisor training to become a Shift Supervisor.
Availability: This is a full time position with open availability to work a variety of shifts. Consistent availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required. Please note that we are not hiring for seasonal positions at this time.
