What We Offer:
- $150K–$250K+ potential
- Compensation: $55,000 salary + 2% commission OR 10% commission with intake bonuses $50 EACH. Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses are an addition.

What You’ll Do:
- Knock doors, build connections, and own your territory and drive your success
- Climb roofs for inspections
- Educate property owners on the storm damage insurance process
- Meet with insurance adjusters and guide homeowners from first contact to signed contract
- Crush monthly goals and consistently raise the bar
