Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), paid search marketing, social media advertising campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize content across various platforms such as websites (WordPress), social media channels, and email platforms to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research using SEO tools to inform content creation and improve organic search rankings.
- Utilize SEO tools and web analytics reporting tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Create visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and assist with website management tasks including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems.
- Implement conversion optimization strategies by analyzing data trends and adjusting campaigns accordingly to maximize ROI.
- Support the setup of digital marketing campaigns within marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless execution from initial setup to performance tracking.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or related roles with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Strong technical proficiency with SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics platforms.
- Experience with website management using WordPress or similar content management systems; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is highly desirable.
- Skilled in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and social media management across platforms such as Facebook Advertising and other social media advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEM techniques including paid search marketing strategies to increase visibility and conversions.
- Ability to analyze performance data effectively to inform decision-making; experience with web analytics reporting is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences; experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques for campaign setup and performance tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
