Dynamic Assistant General Manager wanted for our Upscale Casual Restaurant in Townsend!

Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management and high-quality service delivery
- Oversee Quality Bar Output,
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize bar cost.
- Train, develop, and motivate staff through ongoing training sessions focused on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures
- Coordinate management activities to ensure efficient and timely service
Experience
- Proven management experience in a full service restaurant environment with a focus on food industry standards
- Prior assistant manager experience in a restaurant setting with responsibilities spanning shift management and customer service excellence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
