JOB OVERVIEW
The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator is a versatile, detail-oriented contributor who helps bring the L&P Aesthetics brand to life across every patient touchpoint from patient events to referral relationships, digital content creation and media placement strategy. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role requires a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in executing with precision and polish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Event production - Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of practice events, educational seminars, community pop-ups, and fundraising initiatives.
- Public relations - Serve as the primary point of contact for public relations partners and media inquiries.
- Community outreach - Research, negotiate, and coordinate external community partnerships
- External relations - Coordinate physician appearances, speaking engagements, sponsorships, and community events.
- Social media support - Collaborate with our in-house team of providers, and marketing staff to highlight services and client transformations.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Copy management – Write, maintain and update practice copy to ensure accurate, engaging, and current content across channels.
- Collateral management - Maintain in-office marketing materials, digital displays, signage, and branded collateral, ensuring the visual identity is consistent.
- Market research - Assist with patient outreach initiatives, surveys, and market research projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
- Has capacity for making quick, intelligent decisions and initiating appropriate actions.
- Self-motivated and able to collaborate in teams across departments.

- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or medical spa industries.
- Familiarity with social media growth strategies.
