The Cashier is responsible for accurately taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring every guest receives fast, friendly, and professional service.
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest immediately with energy and professionalism
- Take accurate orders using POS system
- Upsell add-ons (drinks, extras, combos)
- Handle card, and digital payments correctly
- Confirm order details before sending to kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter
- Manage online orders (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.)
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and expediters
- Resolve basic guest concerns or escalate to manager

- Order accuracy: 100% goal
- Speed of service: Fast & efficient (under 2–3 min per order)
- Guest interaction: Friendly, clear, and professional
- Cash handling: Zero shortages
2. COUNTER SERVER / RUNNERPosition Summary
The Counter Server (Runner) ensures guests receive the correct food quickly while maintaining dining room cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Call out and deliver completed orders
- Verify food accuracy before handing out
- Assist with bagging and order organization
- Check on guests after food delivery
- Refill drinks and assist with guest needs
- Maintain dining room cleanliness (tables, floors, trash)
- Stock FOH items (utensils, sauces, napkins)
- Assist cashier during rushes

3. FOH EXPEDITER (EXPO)Position Summary
The Expo is the communication bridge between FOH and BOH, ensuring all orders are complete, accurate, and presented correctly before leaving the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize tickets and manage order flow
- Check food quality and presentation
- Ensure all items are included in each order
- Communicate with kitchen on missing or delayed items
- Prioritize orders (dine-in, online, rush flow)
- Coordinate with runners and cashiers
- Maintain clean expo and bagging station
Performance Standards
- Order accuracy: 100% before release
- Ticket time control: Keep flow moving
- Communication: Clear and direct
- Organization: No lost or delayed tickets
GENERAL FOH EXPECTATIONS (ALL ROLES)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
