Production & Warehouse Clerk
Full-Time | Manufacturing Environment
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are looking for a dependable and motivated team member to help support daily production and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across departments to keep operations running smoothly.
Important Note: This position is located on the production/warehouse floor and involves working in a busy, fast-paced, and sometimes noisy environment.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting production and warehouse operations by:
- Managing production job updates, paperwork, inventory tracking, and ERP/WMS system data
- Serving as a communication link between production, warehouse, shipping, and other departments
- Entering and maintaining accurate production reporting and scheduling data
- Assisting with production planning and special projects as needed
- Supporting shipping and receiving documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations through strong organization and attention to detail

Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Minimum 1 year experience using ERP/WMS systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced proficiency preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
