Shop Assistant – Custom Printing & Collectibles Shop
Part-Time or Full-Time | Retail Experience a Plus
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Shop Assistant to join our growing team!
We are a fun, creative shop specializing in custom printing, blind box collectibles, stationery, and DIY products. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new things, staying busy, and being part of a positive team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Assist customers while they shop and help answer questions about our products
- Operate the register and process customer purchases
- Take and assist with customer print orders
- Help with basic print-shop tasks as needed
- Restock merchandise and help keep the shop clean, organized, and inviting
- Track and help manage inventory
- Assist with receiving and organizing merchandise
- Help create fun content for social media, including photos and videos of products and the shop
- Help with displays, new product launches, and general shop projects
- Learn our products, services, and printing processes
- Be willing to jump in and help wherever needed. This an all-around shop assistant role!
What We’re Looking For

- Fast learner who is willing to learn new skills
- Independent, self-motivated, and a go-getter
- Reliable and able to take initiative without needing constant direction
- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
- Organized and able to multitask
- Interest in collectibles, stationery, crafts, DIY, printing, or social media is a plus
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
The Ideal Person
You’re someone who can greet a customer with a smile, help them find what they’re looking for, jump over to help with a print order, restock a shelf, take a quick product video for social media, and keep moving when things get busy.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, has a good attitude, enjoys learning, and wants to grow with our company.
