Join the Best in the Business!
Landry & Arcari is hiring carpet installers at all levels and this could be your chance to join the best in the business! We are a family business in New England that caters to the high-end market, working with top interior designers and architects. Business is booming and we are looking for EXPERIENCED CARPET INSTALLERS.
We hire our carpet installers AS FULL TIME EMPLOYEES, not subcontractors. This model provides our installers with the same benefits as full time employees, including 401k matching, generous health insurance contribution, paid time off, life insurance, short and long term disability, and many other benefits. It also means that Landry & Arcari carries all of the insurance and workman's comp as well as paying for 50% of FICA. This also give our installers access to our full-service workroom with multiple binding machines, a large cutting floor, an air table, and staff to assist with getting your jobs ready for installation. We also supply installation helpers and assistants as needed to help get your jobs done!
We do this because we find it benefits everyone involved - the clients, our company and our installers. The clients love it because all aspects of their job are handled in-house. Our employees love it because they get direct contact with the installation team so they can ask questions, get more information and feedback from the installers to ensure their installations are problem-free. Our installers don't have to worry about scheduling, payroll, insurance, workmans comp, etc - they can focus on what they do best - installing the best products on the market.
