Objective of the Position: To oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the center, ensuring consistent service delivery, volunteer engagement, and adherence to organizational policies and direction provided by the Women’s Programs Administrator.
Reports to: Women’s Programs Administrator
Supervises: Office Assistants, Client Advocates, and Program Mentors
Status: full-time, hourly non-exempt
Scheduled Hours: Mondays 8:30 am – 6:30 pm / Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 8:30am – 4:30pm
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, management, ministry, or related experience equivalent desired
Skills: Staff & volunteer management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and general knowledge of computer systems

Essential functions:
-
Ensure that prayer is an integral part of the day-to-day operation of the pregnancy center site
-
Work with supervisors to execute strategic plan objectives to accomplish the ministry goals of the organization

Provide managerial direction for all Client Advocates, Office Assistants, and Program Mentors

Ensure that policies and procedures are followed to provide quality service to clients
-
Communicate the needs of the center with the Women’s Programs Administrator
-
Oversee the management of file systems, Ekyros charting, inventories, client follow-up, and other operations
-
Ensure that the center site is clean and well-maintained
-
Oversee the data entry of client information
-
Conduct written and oral evaluations of Office Assistants, Resource Manager (if applicable) & female Client Advocates every year

Coordinate appreciation activities and events for volunteers under the direction of the Women’s Programs Administrator

Inform the Women’s Programs Administrator, Director of Program Strategy, and Executive Director of any problems that could impact the organization as a whole, internally, or publicly

Interview all prospective female Client Advocate volunteers with the Women’s Programs Administrator

Oversee Client Advocates regarding professional telephone manners, scheduling of appointments, reception of clients, intake, follow-up, accurate record keeping, and adherence to the Hope Rising policy and procedures

Ensure adequate coverage for client visits with Client Advocates and Office Assistants

Maintain client appointments in eKyros

Serve as back-up for Client Advocates

Perform pregnancy testing when nurses are not available

Communicate relevant client testimonies to the Director of Partner Development

Oversee budget expenditures
-
Review monthly statistics to ensure accuracy, completeness, and targeting of strategic goals

Provide monthly written reports (by the 7th of every month) to the Women’s Programs Administrator

Attend and participate in monthly Staff meetings held the second Thursday of the month
-
Attend and participate in the monthly Women’s Programs meetings
-
