About the Role:
As a CBRE Asset PerformanceAnalyst, you will be responsible for the preparation, evaluation, andpresentation of asset performance data and research results for projectsoverseen by the FM Center of Excellence (COE) team.
Thisjob is primarily responsible for Asset Data and Performance across thefacilities portfolio, including establishing and maintaining asset standards,hierarchies, taxonomies, and data governance requirements across CMMS and assetmanagement platforms to support operational consistency, reporting accuracy,and lifecycle decision-making. The position drives data quality,standardization, and governance practices that enable effective maintenancemanagement, reporting, and long-term asset planning.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and distribute routine reports,including asset performance scorecards and data quality dashboards.
- Distribute routine PMO reports, including statusreports and updated Gantt charts.
- Use aggregate data from multiple sources tocreate a complete evaluation and improvement, with emphasis on asset healthtrends, maintenance effectiveness, and lifecycle stage analysis.
- Monitor and analyze asset performance datawithin CMMS platforms to identify reliability risks, maintenance gaps, andreplacement planning needs.
- Collaboratewith personnel from other departments to assist with project implementation andprocess improvements.
- Collect project schedules based on info andinput from other team members and update to find schedule slippage or otherprogram-related issues.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles withlimited practical experience in applying them.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that areconsistent with CBRE RISE values.

- Exchangestraightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 yearsof relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience andeducation will be considered in facilities management, asset management, or arelated field.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solvestandard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information andstandard practices to make judgments, including asset lifecycle data,maintenance records, and reliability trends.
- Working knowledge of CMMS platforms to supportasset data governance, performance tracking, and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitivemindset.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculatedifficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial relatedcalculations.
