Note to Applicants for online teaching opportunities: Preference is given to individuals with formal training and/or previous experience in online delivery of courses.
(EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, and EXPERIENCE)

Master’s degree in the respective or related area (doctorate required to teach in MBA program)

Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds

Familiarity with and ability to utilize existing and emerging technology in teaching

Ability to use collaborative learning techniques and student-centered methods of instruction
-
Ability to work in a multi-ethnic/multicultural environment
-
Ability/willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments – daytime availability a plus (in some cases, may be required)
Certification and/or experience with online instruction necessary for online assignments.
