Hopper’s Mini Donut Crew Member at Waldvogel's Farm - $16.50/hr + Tips
Hopper's Mini Donuts is a food truck and we will be opening mid September through October at Waldvogel's Farm in Juneau, WI. If you would like to work in a fun, exciting fast paced food truck stand we would love to have you on our team! On top of the pumpkin farm, we do participate in other events in the area.
Reports To: The Hopper’s Mini Donut Crew Member will report to the Team Lead and Trailer Manager.
Job Overview
The Hopper’s Mini Donut Crew Member will learn the responsibilities of all stations in Hopper’s Mini Donut facility including but not limited to; Dough Maker, Fry Master, Counter Sales & Server. Every aspect of the operations will be mastered by each Hopper’s Mini Donut Crew Member from setup to service to tear down. The Hopper’s Mini Donut Crew Members will learn to expertly mix the dough then fry that batter into perfect mini donuts, package and sugar the mini donuts ultimately serving them to adoring customers and fans. Each Hopper’s Mini Donut Crew Member will be mentored in all facility stations. Outstanding Hopper’s Mini Donut Crew Members may have the opportunity to become a Hopper’s Mini Donut Team Lead.
Responsibilities and Duties
The following are the Hopper’s Mini Donut Crew Member responsibilities and duties.
- Learn to become an expert dough/batter maker
- Learn all aspects of the fryer and how to fry perfect fresh from the hopper mini donuts
- Quickly package the perfectly fried mini’s and season them while they are hot
- Serve those delicious minis to adoring customers giving them the ultimate experience of fresh from the hopper mini donuts
- Work the counter taking orders and making change for each sale
- Become a Hopper’s Mini Donut ambassador by providing each customer a 100% customer satisfaction experience focused on making, and serving the best fresh from the hopper mini donuts on the market
- Keep the facility and equipment clean during hours of operation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Candidates must have the following skills
- Must be 16 years or older
- Have own vehicle for transportation
- Have a positive attitude and a customer focused personality
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Must have basic math skills with the ability to make change and add/subtract fractions
- Good personal hygiene is a must
- Be comfortable working with the public
- Be prepared to enjoy a positive work environment
- Have a customer focused attitude
- Willing to work Weekends and Holidays
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
