What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Assist customers with kayak and paddleboard rentals.
- Help guests get fitted with equipment and safely on the water.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in our retail store.
- Answer questions and recommend products and local experiences.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting location.
- Work as part of a supportive team to create unforgettable guest experiences.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Positive, dependable, and enthusiastic
- Friendly and enjoys interacting with people
- Comfortable working outdoors in a fun, active environment
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Willing to learn and grow
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to lift approximately 50 pounds
- Available to work weekends and holidays (preferred)
Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required. We'll provide the training. We're looking for people with the right attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
