Martins Flooring is looking to add several individuals to our sales team. We have full time or part time roles available. Could be the perfect role for an individual looking to balance home life and work life.
We will train the right individual with a “can do” attitude. 1 to 3 years of experience selling and/or project managing in the home improvement, design, or real estate market is a plus!
Successful candidates may have the following:
Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
Well developed organization and time management skills
Proven record of working as a member of a project team
Experience tracking down and following up with sales leads
Knowledge of the construction or real estate industry, with flooring services a PLUS
These roles may include some of the following responsibilities:
Building client relationships through frequent communications
Working in a showroom and/or traveling to client homes or job sites
Collaborating with estimating & operations team of project managers, foremen, & installers along with product specialists & purchasing personnel
Evaluating project complexity, sub floor conditions, construction methods, installation labor requirements & potential profitability of projects
Conducting research of ongoing & upcoming projects & building improvements in the community
