The receptionist is the first and last contact that a client will have with the hospital and a key to creating first and lasting impression. The receptionist must have exceptional client service and communication skills, computer literacy, ability of handle payment and financial issues, ability to multi-task, a friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations. The receptionist will support the veterinarian, technicians and assistants daily with patient and client care.
Responsibilities:
1. Real job experience in a small animal practice as a receptionist.
2. Strong customer service skill and schedule flexibility.
3. Strong computer skills as we are a paperless practice.
4. Willing to work Saturday.

7. There is 3-month temporary review period
8. Competitive salary based on experience/skill level.
9. Experience with Avimark practice management software is a plus.
