Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and ensuring the sales floor is well-organized and inviting. This role offers an opportunity to develop sales skills, gain retail experience, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers. Bilingual abilities and prior retail or grocery store experience are a plus.
Duties
- Greet all customers in a friendly, courteous manner and adhere to the client’s code of conduct policy
- Submit all require sales information in accordance to policy and procedure
- Consistently use our systematic sales techniques while interacting with customers: Greet and Engage Customer, Explain Benefits, Compare Pricings, and Close Sales
- Efficiently resolve customer’s questions and requests
- Learn and adapt to CRM technology to assist customers
- Delivers the highest level of customer service through effective problem solving
- Solicits, open accounts and upsell on products and services
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, grocery stores, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
- Knowledge of customer service, promotional marketing and upselling techniques beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent phone etiquette
