The Fordy Group have been retained on a search for a Vice President of Alternative Delivery for a top ranked GC in TX.
Role Overview
Leads the pursuit and delivery of major alternative delivery projects (CMAR, Design-Build, Progressive DB) in the water/wastewater sector, with full lifecycle involvement from identification through completion.
Critical Experience
- Proven delivery of large alternative delivery water/wastewater projects ($500M+) from preconstruction through closeout.
- Demonstrated success winning large alternative delivery projects, with strong references used in SOQs, proposals, and interviews.
- Extensive experience with public owners, where key personnel qualifications drive selection.
- Credibility to act as a named key executive during procurement and remain involved through execution.
Strong background in client engagement, designer or JV partnerships, and integrated team leadership.
Profile Requirements
- 20+ years in water/wastewater construction.
- Engineering degree preferred.
- Recognized industry presence with established client relationships and references.
- Strong commercial, preconstruction, and operational understanding.
- Executive-level communication skills, with credibility in client interviews and presentations.
- Results-driven leader with ability to win work and deliver it successfully.
Core Role
- Lead pursuits and serve as key individual to secure awards.
- Stay engaged post-award to support preconstruction, GMP, and manage execution.
- Act as executive sponsor, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
INDTFG
Pay: $350,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
