Join our dynamic team as an Esthetics Instructor specializing in evening classes! As an Esthetics Instructor, you will deliver engaging lessons, foster student growth, and promote the latest trends and techniques in skincare and esthetic treatments. Your passion for beauty and education will empower students to excel in their careers while advancing your own professional journey. The ideal candidate needs a current Esthetics license or a Cosmetology license, but spa experience is a must. Candidates should posses prior teaching experience, be a team-player, self-motivated, professional & have a positive attitude.
This position would be good for someone already working in a spa or salon & is wanting to supplement their income. However, this position is a commitment and has to be treated as a priority.
The schedule is 4 days a week totaling 19.5 hours a week. Mon/Tue/Wed 5:00pm-10:00pm; Thur 5:00pm-9:30pm. Additional hours maybe available during the daytime schedule as needed/when available.

Duties
- Deliver comprehensive classroom instruction on esthetician skills, including facials, makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions.
- Assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages participation, creativity, and confidence among students.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into lesson content to keep training relevant and engaging.
Requirements
- Follow all school policies and procedures
- Follow all TDLR rules and regulations
- Follow all accreditation requirements
- Certification or licensure in esthetics or cosmetology as required by local regulations.
- Provide continuing education certifications as required
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
