About Us Chick-fil-A South Station is one of Boston’s busiest quick-service restaurants, serving thousands of guests daily in the heart of downtown. We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who shares our commitment to quality food and genuine hospitality.
Position Overview As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside our General Manager to lead daily operations, develop our team, and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. This is a full-time leadership role with real growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s standards for food quality, safety, accuracy, and speed of service
- Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash management
- Coach and motivate team members to perform at their best
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) when the General Manager is unavailable
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with all health and safety standards
Qualifications
- 1+ year of management or supervisory experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality (required)
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
- High school diploma or GED required
Compensation Competitive pay based on experience — details discussed during the interview.
Schedule Full-time (35–40 hrs/week). Closed Sundays — guaranteed day off every week.
