We are currently seeking an experienced:
PHARMACY TECHNICIAN (PTCB Certified)
JOB SUMMARY:
· Answer incoming phone calls and field nursing and prescriber questions, forwarding to pharmacists as necessary.
· Contact doctor’s offices or hospitals to clarify prescription information.
· Order entry of refills and new orders.
· Enter and maintain prescription data using our computer system.
· Proficient in prescription compounding.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· High School diploma or GED
· Successful completion of a Pharmacy Technician program and PTCB Certified
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
