Ideal Image Dentistry is a two-doctor private practice in North Dakota with a hygiene team that flat-out performs. They take perio seriously, they hold each other to a high standard, and they genuinely enjoy working together. We're adding to this team — not rebuilding it — and we're looking for a Dental Hygienist who can step in and match the energy from day one.
Oh, and we're in the middle of building a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. So you'd be joining an amazing team and moving into a gorgeous new office. The timing couldn't be better.

- One-hour patient appointments — no rushed prophys, no apology scheduling. You have the time to deliver excellent care and educate your patients properly
- A perio-forward practice. This team uses laser therapy and Perio Protect as standard tools, not occasional add-ons. If you're laser-certified, you'll fit right in. If not, you'll learn from colleagues who are
- Two-doctor practice with state-of-the-art technology Dr. Leah Brady and Dr. Schmidt create a clinical environment where hygiene is a respected, integral part of the treatment team
- Brand-new facility on the way! The team is about to move into a purpose-built, modern office that matches the quality of care they already deliver
- Monday through Thursday, every week, four-day schedule with Fridays and weekends off
WHO YOU ARE
- A licensed Dental Hygienist with strong periodontal skills: SRP, perio charting, disease identification, and confident patient communication
- Someone who thrives on a team that holds a high bar. You're not looking for a place to coast, you're looking for a place that matches your standards
- Experienced with, or eager to learn laser-assisted periodontal therapy and adjunctive protocols like Perio Protect
- A collaborative team player who brings positive energy, not ego. This team has great chemistry, and protecting that matters
- Looking for a long-term home with a team and a practice that are both going somewhere
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver comprehensive hygiene care: prophys, SRP, perio maintenance, oral cancer screenings, fluoride, and sealants
- Contribute to the perio program alongside your hygiene colleagues, diagnose, educate, treatment plan, and follow through as a team
- Utilize laser therapy and Perio Protect protocols as part of standard patient care
- Collaborate with both doctors and the full hygiene team on treatment coordination and patient handoffs
- Participate in morning huddles and help maintain the high standard this team has already established
