As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Sales Consultant to manage incoming remodeling leads and head up our insurance restoration work.
If you are a high-energy Closer who understands residential construction and knows how to navigate insurance claims, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Response & Conversion: Follow up on qualified, inbound residential remodeling leads (kitchens, baths, siding, additions) and turn them into signed contracts.
- Insurance Restoration Management: Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners navigating property damage. Scope losses, estimate repairs, and work directly with insurance adjusters to ensure fair claim payouts.
- Project Estimating: Conduct accurate on-site measurements and consultations, presenting clear, professional project proposals to clients.
- Relationship Building: Maintain clear, proactive communication with homeowners from the initial handshake to the final sign-off.
- CRM Tracking: Utilize our company CRM (Houzz Pro) to track sales pipelines, log client communication, and log project details efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Track Record: At least 2–3 years of experience in residential construction sales, home remodeling, or insurance restoration.
- Insurance Claim Expertise: Strong working knowledge of the insurance restoration process, including the ability to read adjuster scopes and negotiate supplements.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing digital tools for estimating, CRM tracking, and communication on the go.
- Self-Starter Mentality: A "time is money" attitude with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Local Market Knowledge: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet with clients across our service area.
- Sales or Construction Experience Preferred: Experience in residential construction sales, home remodeling, or insurance restoration is a plus, but not required for the right candidate. We are willing to train someone who is driven, professional, and ready to learn.
