ColorKraft Automotive & Industrial Coatings is an independently owned automotive paint and industrial coatings supplier proudly serving collision repair facilities, restoration shops, custom builders, industrial customers, and automotive enthusiasts throughout San Diego County.

This is more than a delivery job. Every day is different—you'll help customers, prepare orders, make deliveries, organize inventory, and become part of an industry that supports professional collision repair and automotive restoration.
Location: Santee, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position: Full Time
What You'll Do
- Deliver automotive paint and supplies safely to customers using a company vehicle (automatic transmission).
- Build positive relationships with customers by providing friendly, professional service.
- Pull, package, and stage customer orders accurately.
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
- Assist walk-in customers and answer basic product questions.
- Help keep the warehouse and showroom clean, organized, and efficient.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate delivery paperwork when required.
- Work closely with a small team to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record (DMV record will be verified).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and respectful attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record (DMV record will be verified).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the day.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
Experience That Helps (But Isn't Required)
- Warehouse experience
- Delivery driving experience
- Automotive, paint, collision repair, or parts industry experience
- Retail or customer service experience
