Business Co-Founder — Keepr AI
Keepr is an AI-powered document renewal concierge. We handle passport renewals, REAL ID, green cards, driver's licenses, and visas for people who can't afford to let these documents expire but always put it off. The product is live, we're in active customer validation, and we're looking for a business co-founder to own the commercial side of the company.
What this actually means:
You own revenue. That means customer acquisition, sales strategy, partnerships, and eventually the team that executes all of it. This isn't a marketing manager role or a strategy role. It's the person accountable for Keepr growing from zero to its first thousand paying customers and beyond.
What we need:
Someone who has built revenue before at an early stage company. Not someone who managed campaigns at a big brand or ran marketing for a funded startup with an existing team. Someone who has done founder-led sales, figured out what actually converts, and built the system around it. Someone who understands that at this stage, the job is getting in front of real customers and making them pay, not building decks or running brand awareness campaigns.
Specifically you should bring: direct sales experience, performance marketing chops across paid and organic channels, the ability to talk to customers and translate what you learn into positioning, and the hunger to do unglamorous work in the early days.
What we're building toward:
A subscription business serving the 200 million plus Americans who hold government documents that expire on a predictable cycle. Recurring revenue, massive market, and a product that solves a problem every adult faces repeatedly throughout their life.
If this is you:
You've built revenue at an early stage company before. You're comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity. You want ownership and accountability, not a job title. You're ready to do the hard, unsexy work of finding the first hundred paying customers before thinking about scale.
