Job Description and background:
Our company is currently looking to add 2-3 individuals to our team of Storm Restoration Representatives. Our company's revenue tripled from 2020-2025, growing to over $10 million worth of restoration projects and insurance claim related construction. We are expecting to continue to grow up to 15-20 million for 2026 to become one of the area's fastest growing restoration companies. To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we need 2-3 driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team and assist homeowners with their claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections.
Compensation and benefits:
- Up front base pay plus commission structure
- Commissions paid on all completed claims

Qualifications:
Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary
Must have reliable transportation (Truck preferred)
Independent nature, self discipline and good time management
Sales experience required! Roofing sales experience is a MAJOR plus!
Must have a smart phone capable of taking photos/video during inspections
Must be comfortable with performance based pay.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Inspecting and documenting homes for storm damage, assisting customers through claims process or retail sales process
Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on claims process and sign restoration agreements
Creating estimates and measuring home exteriors and damages
Marketing and lead generation for new prospects
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
