Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answering, screening, and directing phone calls
- Providing administrative support to attorneys and staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, maintaining organized filing systems
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, and other office software to update records and maintain databases
- Support office management activities such as scheduling appointments, calendar management, and coordinating meetings
- Maintain client files and assist with document organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience
- Proven experience in office administration or reception roles with strong clerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
