Summary/Objective
This position will oversee various tasks related to the processing of mail. Process incoming mail and perform other various tasks related to incoming and outgoing mail. Will also maintain a tracking to ensure proper oversight is complete and loan documents vs FedEx tracking numbers can be easily identified for questions around audits or business needs. Carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.
Essential Functions

Do Post office runs in the morning and in the afternoons.

Receive incoming FedEx, UPS, and Postal Mail daily.

Process incoming and outgoing mail to ensure mail is being processed timely.

Notify departments for Mail delivery.

Maintain tracking vs processing around incoming/outgoing mail.

Assist with jumping in and processing incoming mail within the Collateral Management Department as needed to ensure SLA’s are being met.
- Maintain FedEx tracking vs processing inventory around incoming/outgoing mail.

Assist with any special projects including large influxes of mail related to incoming loan transfers.

Process Return Mail.
-
Backup for the Front Desk while unattended.

Create FedEx labels for Departments as requested.

Any other duties that are assigned

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Extended hours may be needed on occasion.
Required Education and Experience

Familiarity with mortgage loan documentation preferred

Microsoft Office knowledge required

Proficient in use of desktop computer

Professional office experience
- Banking, mortgage servicing, or related industry experience preferred
