Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a supportive rehab team focused on helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
What You'll Do:

Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising PT

Assist residents with gait training, transfers, exercises, and mobility activities

Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
