Overview
We are looking to fill a Line Cook Position here at Kountry Bar. We are a Bar and Grill that serves a large bar menu. Menu includes speciality burgers, wraps, pizzas, fish fry, and large amount of appetizer items. We are a fast paced work environment serving large amounts of people in a timely matter. We are looking for someone with prior experience due to fast paced environment. Pay is based off experience.
Duties
- Must be willing to work Grill and Deep Fry Position. Preparing items according to menu.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as portioning, chopping, and following recipes for food specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooler/ freezer and work stations. Duties include mopping, scrubbing, and dishwashing.
- Support menu planning including adding input on possible new menu items.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in kitchen operations including dishwashing, grill and fryer use, and food preparation.
- Strong food preparation skills including knife handling, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SOME NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.
