In-Store Sales & Lead Generation Specialist – Home Depot
We are creating a new opportunity for a motivated, outgoing salesperson to represent Blinds by Noon inside assigned Big Box Stores
This is a hybrid position that combines hourly in-store support with commission-based selling. The right person will actively engage customers, generate qualified leads, schedule in-home consultations, and may also run and close the appointments they personally generate.
Responsibilities
- Represent Blinds by Noon professionally.
- Engage customers in the store and introduce our custom shutters, blinds, shades, and other window treatments.
- Generate qualified leads for customers with at least two window openings.
- Schedule in-home consultations and enter all lead information accurately.
- Build relationships with store associates and store leadership.
- Maintain approved displays, brochures, signage, and marketing materials.
- Follow up with self-generated customers.
- Conduct in-home consultations for assigned or self-generated leads.
- Measure windows, present product options, prepare quotes, and close sales.
- Keep management updated on leads, appointments, sales, and store activity.
Compensation
- Hourly pay for approved in-store lead-generation hours.
- Sales commission on appointments personally conducted and sold.
- Enhanced self-generated commission for leads personally created, conducted, and closed.
- Additional incentives may be offered for qualified appointments, sales goals, and store performance.
Ideal Candidate
- Friendly, confident, professional, and comfortable approaching customers.
- Self-motivated with strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Sales or retail experience is preferred.
- Available for high-traffic store hours, including weekends.
- Comfortable traveling to customers’ homes for consultations.
- Able to use basic technology for lead entry, scheduling, quoting, and communication.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Role Summary
This position allows you to earn hourly income while working inside the big box store and additional commission by converting customer conversations into appointments and sales. The more qualified leads you personally generate and close, the greater your earning opportunity.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
