Position Summary:
The Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) will serve clients throughout Arizona. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor will provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in multiple settings. This position requires exceptional clinical skills, adaptability, and a passion for improving clients' quality of life through evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans

Design, implement, and modify treatment protocols based on client progress and needs

Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients across various settings

Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, and healthcare providers

Maintain accurate and detailed client records and treatment documentation

Conduct regular progress reviews and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Provide parent/caregiver training and support

Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews

Stay current with best practices and research in behavior analysis
Required Qualifications:

Current Arizona LBA license in good standing

Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Reliable transportation for in-person service delivery

Proficiency with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with diverse populations and age groups

Knowledge of Arizona insurance requirements and billing procedures

Experience providing services across multiple settings (home, school, community, telehealth)

Experience supervising RBTs and BCaBAs

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)

Experience with crisis intervention and severe challenging behaviors
