What You'll Be Doing
Be the Friendly Voice of Gault Electric
- Answer incoming calls with confidence, professionalism, and a smile customers can hear through the phone.
- Help customers find the right service and get them scheduled quickly and accurately.
- Provide clear information about services, appointments, and what customers can expect.
- Keep detailed notes so our team has everything they need to deliver excellent service.
Keep Our Schedule Full
- Reach out to customers to schedule preventative maintenance appointments for HVAC systems and whole-home generators.
- Confirm appointments and help customers reschedule when life happens.
- Contact customers who have requested estimates through our lead partner portals.
- Follow up on recommendations, open estimates, and customer satisfaction opportunities.
Work as Part of a Winning Team
- Coordinate closely with Dispatchers, Technicians, and Sales teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain accurate customer information and service records.
- Help ensure every appointment is set up for success before the technician arrives.
Create Raving Fans
- Treat every customer like they're your favorite customer.
- Listen, empathize, and provide solutions.
