Mountain West Veterinary Specialists is seeking a dedicated Client Coordinator to join our Emergency Department team for Full Time Day Shift position (6am-7pm or 8am-9pm ), three 13-hour shifts per week. As a rapidly growing, independently owned practice, we provide high-quality care in critical care, neurology, dentistry, surgery, and emergency services. Due to our 24-hour operation, candidates must be flexible to work rotating holidays and weekends.

Your Role:
As a Client Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience when they reach out to us. Excellent phone etiquette, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and stay organized are essential in this position. The Ideal Candidate:
- Positive, outgoing attitude with a passion for client care
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Collaborative team player, eager to contribute to our supportive and enthusiastic team
- Experience in customer service required
- Prior Veterinary medicine experience or administrative roles preferred (but not required)
- Willingness to learn—we offer on-the-job training for the right candidate
