Monday – Friday | 5am - 530pm | $16.00/Hour
Production Worker Requirements
- Previous packing, warehouse, or food production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
About the Production Worker Role
As a Production Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Pack food products into boxes according to company specifications and production requirements.
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper packaging before boxing.
- Label, seal, and prepare boxes for distribution.
- Stack finished boxes onto pallets in a safe and organized manner.
- Ensure pallets are built securely and meet shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Assist with production line operations as needed.
- Report any product defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Meet daily production and packaging goals.
