Location: Fridley, MN
Wage: $25 – $31/hr (Depending on experience)
Hours: 5:15 pm – 3:30 am, Monday – Friday

Duties of the microscope deburrer:
- Hand-deburr very small to medium-sized parts continuously while seated and looking through a microscope
- Utilize a variety of micro hand-deburring tools and instruments to remove burrs and smooth rough edges
- Align, connect, and position parts for light assembly work while maintaining a clean workstation following 5S principles
- Complete accurate production/history records and log finished jobs into the company tracking system
Requirements of the microscope deburrer:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in close-tolerance precision manufacturing required
- Strong manual dexterity, excellent fine motor skills, and sharp hand-eye coordination under magnification
- Ability to interpret and read basic blueprints and technical work instructions to ensure tight tolerances are met
- Comfortable asking quality-related questions to cell leads and working within a collaborative team environment
